Fierce Lioness Fitness ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Fierce Lioness Fitness mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from you when you use our App, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who We Are

Fierce Lioness Fitness is a women's community gym application built exclusively for members of Fierce Lioness Fitness. Access to the App requires a current membership or an invitation from a trainer or administrator.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide you with the App's features. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Name: Your first and/or last name, collected at signup and shown on your profile.
Email Address: Required to create and access your account.
Phone Number: Optional. You may add this to your profile.
Profile Photo: Optional. You may upload a photo to personalize your profile.
Progress Photos: Photos uploaded by your trainer on your behalf to track your fitness progress. These are visible to you and your trainer only.
Workout Data: Weights, sets, reps, and session notes that you log during training sessions.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Account Identifiers: When you create an account, a unique user ID is assigned to you by our backend system (Supabase). This ID links your data within the App.
Session Data: Basic login session information necessary to keep you authenticated in the App.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect precise or coarse location data.
We do not access your device contacts.
We do not collect browsing history or search history outside the App.
We do not collect financial or payment information in the current version of the App.
We do not collect health data from HealthKit, the Motion API, or any other health data source.
We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the App's functionality:

Account Authentication: Your name, email, and user ID are used to create and manage your account and verify your identity when you log in.
App Features: Your workout data, profile information, and photos are used to power the App's training, progress tracking, and community features.
Trainer Access: Your workout history and progress photos are accessible to your assigned trainer(s) and gym administrators to support your training.
Communications: Your email address may be used to send you account-related notifications (e.g., email verification, password reset). We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose not described in this policy.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

Within the App: Your name, profile photo, and workout activity are visible to your trainer(s) and gym administrators as part of the App's normal functionality.
Service Providers: We use Supabase, a third-party backend infrastructure provider, to store and manage your data. Supabase processes data on our behalf and is bound by data processing terms consistent with this policy. Supabase does not use your data for its own purposes.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers managed by Supabase and protected by industry-standard security measures including:

Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.
Row-Level Security (RLS) policies that ensure each user can only access their own data.
Email verification required before account access is granted.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Workout logs and progress data associated with your account may be retained by gym administrators for operational purposes after your membership ends, unless you request deletion.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. 8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. These are described in detail in our User Privacy Choices document, available separately within the App. In summary, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service for backend infrastructure:

Supabase: Our database, authentication, and storage provider. Supabase stores your account data, workout logs, and uploaded photos. For more information, see Supabase's Privacy Policy at supabase.com/privacy.

We do not currently integrate advertising networks, analytics platforms, or other third-party tracking services in the App. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, seek your consent.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this document. For material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
